Cancellation Policy:
We require a 3-business day’s cancellation before the day of the service.
No refunds will be issued after three days, only future credit for our services.
Regarding cancellations with trip insurance:
+15% Trip Insurance Purchasing trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your trip at any time for any reason up to 1 hour before trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fee. A 1-hour cancellation notice is required for a refund.
No refund will be issued after the 1-hour mark.
Waiting times at Airports and Ports Hourly rate: $75/hour
Domestic arrivals Airport rates include 40 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled arrival time. Thereafter, the effective hourly rate shall be applied in 15-minute increments. The driver will be waiting no longer than one hour after the airport system informs “aircraft at the gate” for passengers at a determined meet-and-greet specific area according to the rules of each airport administration.
For international arrivals, Airport rates include 50 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled arrival time. Thereafter, the effective hourly rate shall be applied in 15-minute increments.
The driver will be waiting no longer than two hours after the airport system informs “aircraft at the gate” for passengers at a determined meet & greet specific area according to the rules of each airport administration.
Delays due to weather conditions or technical issues will be managed based on schedule availability. The company will perform the pickup based on vehicles and drivers available for every situation as soon as possible. If the customer wants to cancel the pickup because they don`t agree with the alternative solution provided by the company, the penalty fee will be 80%.
Grace period
The grace period for pickups at other sites is 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If the customer does not show up 15 minutes after the schedule, the pickup should be canceled with a 100% penalty.
Safety and general rules
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity;
Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law;
Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicles;
Pets / emotional support animals
Your pets / emotional support animals are very welcome in our vehicles. Otherwise, their safety and the vehicle's clean are our priority. Clean fees can be applied if needed.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service at your convenience. A full refund will be issued if you cancel a minimum of three days before the scheduled pickup time. However, a 3% credit card fee will be subtracted from the refund if the payment was made via credit card.
